The only exception is when we sent you the wrong item or a defective product – in those cases, we will coordinate an exchange directly with you.

7. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the country where our return facility is located, please be aware that:

  • You must clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges. We are not liable for any fees imposed by customs or carriers on return shipments.

We do not refund any expedited shipping fees you may have paid for faster delivery, even if the return is approved.
